Is your heartbeat in time with Mine?
Are the patterns and rhythms of your inner life in sync with Me and My purposes? Or are they too focused on outward things?
Is there fear and anxiety in your life which is causing your heart rate to increase and your focus to shift? Do you feel like you are living on the edge, all of the time?
I have not called you to live as the world does, in a state of overstimulation and fear, to be reactive to your circumstances.
I am calling you to rest with Me, living permanently in an expression of My peace. For the peace that I offer will calm your heart, reset the patterns and rhythms of your inner life and realign you with My purposes.
Activation: Take a minute now to stop, close your eyes, take some deep breaths. Press your fingers to your pulse and become aware of your heartbeat slowing gently as you realign your heart with Mine. Ask Me now to reveal to you the patterns and rhythms in your life that need re-aligning to Mine.
