Are you weary and burdened? Are you feeling the weight of weariness upon your shoulders? Have you cried out to me to give you relief?
Give me your yoke; the weariness that has ground you down as well as the burdens that have weighed you down. Exchange them for my yoke which is easy and light. Leave your yoke with me. Do not pick your yoke back up again. I didn’t ask you to carry two yokes.
Activation: Get down on your knees and physically act out taking off your yoke. Watch him take the yoke. Then see the Lord’s yoke, take it, and put it upon yourself. Then ask the Lord for his strategies/plan for the things you laid at his feet.
Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
