Devotional Prayer – Monday 22nd June 2020

Abba Father, I just want to give You thanks and magnify Your name. I thank You because as each day goes by I recognise Your voice and understand when You speak. Forgive me of all sins, so that I may walk confidently before You and realise that I only need to ask and I shall receive.

Because I love You, says Your Word, You will rescue me; You will protect me. I will call upon Your name and You will answer me; You will be with me in trouble, You will deliver me and honour me. With long life will You satisfy me and show me Your salvation

Psalm 91:14-16

I thank You that each and every day is a time to start again. We can begin a new season. Assist me in clothing myself in righteousness and forgetting all things of the past. I can’t do it without You. It’s because of You that it is even possible.

Isaiah 43:18-19

I thank You that You are such a faithful God; Your compassion never fails and You are my portion.

Lamentations 3:22-24

Allow my character and personality to be transformed and become apparent before others, as they see the new me! Let me not be hesitant but always willing to show how I have changed. Growth in You, is something that should occur for all; not just a baby Christian.

Matthew 5:16

So many things come across my path; mentally, physically and spiritually. But I pray, El Shaddai, that no matter what I come across today, You will continue to do this new thing in me and follow it through to completion.

Abba Father, I pray all these things in the Mighty Name of Your Son Yeshua, who came and died on Calvary’s cross and rose on the third day, so that through Him I might have life and have it more abundantly.
