I AM the Firm Foundation.
I AM the Rock of Ages.
I AM the unchangeable, eternal God.
I AM the One you can trust and build your life on.
I AM the Cornerstone that the builders rejected.
Therefore, do not reject Me but choose Me. Choose Me in your daily life, in each moment, in your everyday decisions. Choose Me in your big life decisions as well. Choose Me over all and everything.
Do not build your life on sand but on the solid rock – on ME.
Build your life on My Word. Read My Word. Study My Word. Memorise My Word. Reflect on My Word day and night. Declare and proclaim My Word.
Remember My faithfulness to the people of Israel, to the church, to you and your family.
Trust Me for My track record, for all My promises that were fulfilled throughout time. I AM the Firm Foundation. I AM the Lord.
Activation: Ask the Holy Spirit to show you a Word that proclaims Jesus as your Firm Foundation; a verse that reminds you of God’s faithfulness throughout history and your life. Write it down, maybe illustrate it, and place it somewhere well visible. Learn it by heart, making it your own, so that you can declare and proclaim it in the days to come.
Therefore the Lord God says this,
“Listen carefully, I am laying in Zion a Stone, a tested Stone, a precious Cornerstone for the [secure] foundation, firmly placed. He who believes [who trusts in, relies on, and adheres to that Stone] will not [a]be disturbed or give way [in sudden panic].
