Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Don’t Back Down

My sons and daughters, know that you are a great warrior. Therefore you must not worry, fear or be complacent in this season of warfare. The enemy has sent an assignment of weariness upon My chosen ones, but you have the authority to overcome through Me! 

Continue to warfare, as the attacks will come as you begin to build and shift into the new season. Therefore, do not back down! I know that you may feel tired but know that this can be broken, NOW! 

When you feel weariness overtake you, remember to enter into My rest and know it may be the assignment of the enemy who will try to thwart you this season. I have given you all power and authority to overcome, so stand firm in confidence during this pivotal season of transition.

Activation: 

1. Know that you have the power to break off any attacks from the enemy through Jesus. He is the name above all names! Renew your mind with the word so that you can know you are more than a conqueror in Jesus.

2. If you have been feeling heavy and weary this season, ask God if you have partnered with weariness from the enemy. If so, repent and ask Him to lift it off you.

3. Speak this over yourself today;

‘I break off weariness, heaviness, distraction and containment and command them to leave now in Jesus’ name’.

Do not back down. Warfare seasons can feel intense, but keep pushing through with prayer, fasting and worshipping and continue to warfare every day. Ask the Lord to show you new ways to enter into His rest. Remember you are a warrior and your battle is the Lord’s, He is fighting for you and with you.

No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Learn from Me

You have known Me as Saviour, trusted Father, and faithful Friend. 

Now I ask that you seek Me as Teacher and Master. 

I will be your Rabbi, the one who you can look to for clarity and guidance. I am that Master Teacher whom you revere and follow; the one whose integrity and insightful teachings sharpen and excite you. Just as you hang on to a respected teacher’s every word and strive to model your life to be just like theirs, look to Me as your only example in life. Let Me show you how to position your heart to speak like Me and exhibit the values shown by Me. Together we will walk out this unique methodology; student and Master together finding new levels of learning and understanding that go far beyond your previous accomplishments. Only in My timing, will you gain so much more from Me and My Word as we walk this out.

You are My prized pupil, to whom I am entrusting a school of wonders and Kingdom solutions that no others have known. So, I invite you to sit at My feet as Mary did, in rapt attention to what I am saying. Be still and know beyond your former limitations. Ingest every morsel of My written Word until you are so full you can take no more. Humbly regard Me with awe and without doubt or double-mindedness as I offer you new concepts and interpretations. 

Activation:  Pray this prayer: “Lord thank you for inviting me into a higher level of education than I could achieve here on earth. I step into your school of wonder and Kingdom solutions. I gladly lay aside my former beliefs, ideas, and solutions to make way for you to speak clearly and definitively into every area of my life. Help me to be an A+ student, for you are my awe-inspiring teacher ready to prepare me for all that is to come.”

Consider keeping a separate journal where you can record everything that the Lord is teaching you from His school of revelation and His Word.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Build, Plant, Ask

The Lord says to you today: ‘My beloved, you have been through the fire and the fury of the purification process and now it is time to build, plant, and ask for the blueprints for the new ways. Things are not as they were. The old ways of tradition and religion must be abolished so that My new ways of Glory can be established on the earth.

You have said “yes” to the fire, and you have been burned, which I know has hurt deeply. However, I want you to know that everything I have put you through in the previous season has prepared you for this new season in which you WILL bear fruit. You have been pruned, and now you will reap new, glorious fruit.

Ask Me how you can step into the new ways of glory, and I will completely revolutionise your life. You will establish heaven on earth through the new blueprints that I give you this season! It’s time to build and plant what I have placed in your heart, and I will show you how, THIS season!’

Activation: Ask God what the ‘new ways of Glory’ mean for you personally. Ask Him, “What does this look like in my life and how can I partner with You in this?” Additionally, ask God for His blueprints for building the new. What is it that He is leading you to build and plant? Consider the things you’ve had on your heart for a long time. Now is the time to ask the Lord how to align with Him in this. If you are unsure of what you have to build, ask Him! He will show you

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Lift Your Staff

I am on the move, and I am checking the hearts of My people. How will I find yours? Will your heart tremble at the spirit of fear, or will it tremble in the holy fear of Me? Once again, I am bringing My people out of bondage at speed. No longer are you to stand still, waiting in front of the sea of adversity in fear, stopped by it as if it’s an insurmountable obstacle. No, I am moving. My people, stop trembling before the sea and tremble before Me! Tremble before My presence, in awe, confident expectation, and reverence. For I am about to pass by.

Why do you look back at your situation as if you were helpless? Look forward and see Me. I am advancing and I expect you to advance with Me. I will empower you to divide the seas as I take you to a safe place. Where is the staff that I have given you? Lift it! Watch in awe as the sea trembles and flees before Me, see how it splits in two. I am The LORD and at My presence, the sea is going to tremble again. My people, put your full confidence in Me alone. It is time to lift your staff and advance with Me through the sea to dry ground!

Activation: Prophetic acts are a great way to connect with what God is saying and activate it in your life. Using what God has said in the prophetic word above, we’re going to act this out. The Lord is saying…” Where is your staff? It is time to lift your staff and split the sea in two.”

  • PRAY:  Lord, cause my body, mind, heart, and spirit to tremble before You, You the God of wonders and mighty works!
  • PROCLAIM OUT LOUD: I will tremble before The Lord and no other. I am not afraid of the sea or any massive obstacle before me. 
  • LIFT YOUR STAFF: Imagine the sea – this is whatever the massive obstacle is that stands in front of you forbidding you to advance. Now take a staff, or anything symbolising it. Lift it, reach out with your hand over the sea, and SEE it divided in two. 

This week, each time that a sea – an obstacle – presents itself before you, lift your staff, divide it in two, and advance from within it.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Restored Vision

Beloved, let’s take a moment together to pause and reflect on the past season to see what I have been doing in your life and the stages I’ve taken you through. Consider this: when I healed the blind man, his process happened in two stages. When I took him through stage one, I restored his vision, but the people looked like trees. Then, in stage two, I laid my hands on his eyes again, which resulted in full clarity and sight. In restoring you to full vision, I am taking you through the two stages. I have given you stage one – you can see, but there is a vagueness, there is not yet full clarity.

Look at the lessons from the last few months and see where I have pruned, removing the excess that would weigh you down. See how I have led you in a consecrated lifestyle, aligning you more closely to Myself. See where I have drawn you into sacrificial worship and how your foundations have been strengthened and your heart and soul firmly established in Me. No challenge has been in vain; I have used it all. As you reflect on the past, see Me pouring deeper peace into your heart and mind. Allow My peace to calm you, to steady you, and to lift you. In this last season, I have laid My hands on your eyes again. 

Now, turn with Me face forward. This is where I will lift My hands from your eyes and stage two begins. Stand shoulder to shoulder with Me and watch as the vision of your calling and purpose comes into new clarity. Feel the sharpening of the gifts within you, and be aware of the increase of your authority and My trust for you. Feel the firmness of the foundations beneath your feet. It is now time to move into the ‘greater works’ that I have for you. You are ready.

Activation:

Read this prophetic word a second time, this time, read it together with the Holy Spirit as you perform each prophetic act. As you walk through this with Him, ask Him to highlight specifics to you: What has been pruned? How has He shaped you? What lessons has He taught you that He would like you to carry forward? Spend time in His presence seeing Him fill you with His peace allowing your whole being to be steadied in Him. As you look ahead with Him to the new, ask the Holy Spirit how He would like to bring clarity to your call. What specifics is He speaking to you about for the next period of time? Write them down.

23 Taking the blind man by the hand, He led him out of the village; and after spitting on his eyes and laying His hands on him, He asked him, “Do you see anything?” 

24 And he looked up and said, “I see people, but [they look] like trees, walking around.”

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Vessels of Glory

You have gone through tests, and you have gone through trials. It has been a challenging journey I know, but this has been a time of beautification and purification as I have prepared you to be a vessel to carry My glory.

As I am breaking apart and tearing down the old to make way for the new, I have had to bring you to a place where the old vessels – methods, and ways – were so unusable to you that you could not rely on them, so you’ve had to choose to either force the old thing to work or reach for and desire to use the new thing that I am offering.

It is through this testing and proving that you have been prepared to carry the new. The pressure applied has proven your strength and tenacity. You have not wavered, and your trust in Me is commendable. Your faith in Me has made you beautiful in My sight. So take heart as I encourage you that you are well-equipped for the new outpouring and release of My glory,” says the Lord.

Activation:

Start a “Reflection Journaling” journey where you document the challenges and trials you have faced and how the Lord used them to contribute to your purification and preparation process. Set aside time each day to reflect on a specific past trial or testing season writing about the blessing of the lessons learned, the growth experienced, and the ways God has refined you through the fire. As you journal, express gratitude to the Lord for the strength and faith that have emerged from these refining experiences and the deepening of your relationship with Him. Use this journaling process as an opportunity to recognize how God has been drawing you closer to Him and preparing you to carry His glory and embrace the new things that He is offering.

6 In this you rejoice greatly, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials, 

7 so that the genuineness of your faith, which is much more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested and purified by fire, may be found to result in [your] praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Don’t Give Up

My child, don’t give up!

I know there have been many times lately when it has felt like giving up would be the wisest option. I am looking right now for those who will press in to Me; I am looking for those who will not give up. I am asking you to pick up the things that have been prematurely laid down, the things that you have let go of too soon.

This season of discouragement will come to an end if you will pick up what you have laid down and go again. My child, you must trust Me. For some it has been fear that has caused them to put things down. For others it has been disappointment because they have not understood that My ways are not your ways. For others the busyness of life got in the way. 

Whatever the reason, it is time for you to go again. It is time to not give up!  Just like Elijah’s servant had to be told seven times to go again until he finally saw the small cloud rising out of the sea. If you will choose to not give up but to go again and press into Me, you will see and feel the discouragement break off. 

Will you trust Me to do what I say I will do?

For God’s gifts and His call can never be withdrawn.

Spend time with the Lord and ask Him where you need to go again. What have you prematurely laid down? Is there an area that you are tempted to give up on? Ask the Lord for a fresh perspective, His perspective, and ask for fresh insight into how to move forward from here.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Costly Fellowship

My child, 

I know that in the past you have been wounded by those that you have journeyed alongside. You have borne the weight of fractured relationships, hurt and betrayal.

I see the wounds that you carry, that you have bandaged over, but that are not yet fully healed. The scars that feel raw and stretched.

Remember the wounds that I bore for your sake, the stripes and scars that tore My body. I endured, so that you could be free.

So let go of the pain that is hidden, and the ache of unforgiveness. Lay them upon My scars and be healed. 

For I am calling you to go again. To embrace true, honest, deep and authentic relationships. For I have created you to live and love in community with others.

Take your strength from My sacrifice. Lean into Me as you lean into others. I will honour your obedience and bless your life with true fellowship and community.

For true fellowship is costly, but you will discover such value there.

Activation:  Sit with Holy Spirit and ask Him to bring to mind any wounds that you carry from past relational hurt. Picture yourself laying these upon Jesus’ scars, and invite Him to heal your wounds. 

Now ask Him to show you the people that He has purposefully placed in your life to become your close circle. Pray for each person, and ask the Lord to bless the depth of each relationship. 

Reach out to each of those people today – to bless them, encourage them and to connect with them in new and deeper ways.

But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was crushed for our wickedness [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing];
The punishment [required] for our well-being fell on Him,
And by His stripes (wounds) we are healed.

    A Life Without Music

    What would your life be like without music?

    I feel that life without music would be sooo mundane!

    When thought is given to the many genre’s of music that exist and the reasons that one is drawn to them, I realise that it is incomprehensible.

    There is music for every event, emotion, and/or situation in life. Songs help us convey anger, love, peace, and states of mind. It can calm us down and make us feel happy or we can be motivated to do something which we may be experiencing difficulties with, provide courage.

    We can also share our moods with our nearest and dearest via so many platforms such as email, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp; placing it on our statuses, within groups, or as a personal message. Imagine no longer being able to do that. Many of us have sent YouTube videos of a special song to someone that conveyed exactly what we would like to say, but maybe couldn’t or for one reason or another, we were unable to put into such great words.

    Having said all of the above, my favourite is worship music! The music I mainly listen to is worship music. I love to communicate with my God! I love to sing and listen to worship music that comes from the depths of my spirit, connects with Him, and lets Him know exactly how I feel. As I type this, I’ve just realised that is exactly what I’m doing! Oftentimes, I think to myself I’m not communicating with Him enough, but I’ve just realised that I know the God I serve. He is The Great I Am. He is El Roi, the God Who sees me. He is Jehovah Nissi, the banner that I wave high, loud and proud! El Shaddai, my Almighty God. Jehovah Rapha, my healer! He is so much more than the names listed, and I will go into them and the others in more detail in time to follow.

    Since the beginning of time, man has been able to put their words to music and let others know what they were thinking and either draw others to what they are thinking or provoke their thoughts to actually think. In the Holy Bible, King David, who started as a shepherd boy, wrote a Psalm for every life changing moment in his life, be it good or bad.

    A life without being able to convey who we are, whether directly or indirectly, is inconceivable.

    Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Set Sail

    My child,

    Board your ship and set sails. You have prepared yourself faithfully for this next season. Now it is time to pull up the anchor and set sail to a new territory. Let My Spirit be the wind in your sails. He will guide you to the new land I have prepared for you.

    However, once you arrive – you have to burn the ship. I am asking you to set your face to moving forward, to conquering this new territory. Returning will not be an option for you anymore. I am the only option that you will have. I know the land, the culture, the customs, the people and the circumstances that will await you in your new territory. 

    Trust in Me alone that I will guide you and help you step by step. Don’t look at what you have left behind. Don’t count your losses. Instead, focus on Me. Your journey will be so much more rewarding when you are doing My will and when you follow My plans for your life.

    Take heart, for the time to leave your harbour has come.

    Activation: What new “land” is God calling you to set sail to? Is it a geographical move? A job change? A relationship that you have to let go of? A new ministry that He wants you to embark on? Does He want you to let go of old habits that keep you stuck or get rid of distractions in your life that keep your focus from moving forward? Trust that the Spirit of God will reveal to you your next step. Meditate on the scripture below, or ask the Lord to guide you to another passage. Declare the words over yourself and watch your faith, boldness and courage increase. You are ready for the new that God has for you!

    ‘Do not fear [anything], for I am with you;
    Do not be afraid, for I am your God.
    I will strengthen you, be assured I will help you;
    I will certainly take hold of you with My righteous right hand     [a hand of justice, of power, of victory, of salvation].’
