Thursday Morning Prayer (Wk5/2021)

Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.

Lamentations 3:21-23 (AMP)

El Hayyay – God of My Life, I lift You up giving glory, honour and praise. I come before You asking for forgiveness of my sins of thoughts, words, deeds; known and unknown, seen and unseen. I thank You for what You have done, what You are doing and what You intend to do.

Today I’m asking to be refined. I request the beginning of the process for my sins to be consumed and me refined. I pray all impurities are removed and my physical, mental and spiritual self is changed, so only the reflection of You will be felt and seen. As I go through the heat that life puts my way, in the form of doubt, temptation, uncalled for or unholy anger, resentment, all harmful and negative emotions, rejection of all that is good or jealousy; I ask that I may feel Your presence. Especially in these unusual circumstances everyone faces, I pray nothing will prevent me from taking hold of the blessings, gifts and promises You are providing. Help me, as I am refined, to realise and remember Your promises. For by the stripes of Your Son Yeshua HaMashiach, I have been healed. I am forgiven. I am made whole.

Many people will be made pure—they will make themselves clean. But evil people will continue to be evil. And those wicked people will not understand these things, but the wise people will understand them.

Daniel 12:10 (ESV)

“And I will bring the third part through the fire, Refine them as silver is refined, And test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, And I will listen and answer them; I will say, ‘They are My people,’ And they will say, ‘The Lord is my God.’”

Zechariah 13:9 (AMP)

But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire and like launderer’s soap (which removes impurities and uncleanness).

Malachi 3:2 (AMP)

In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood. 5 And have you completely forgotten this word of encouragement that addresses you as a father addresses his son? It says,

“My son, do not make light of the Lord’s discipline,

and do not lose heart when he rebukes you,

6 because the Lord disciplines the one he loves,

and he chastens everyone he accepts as his son.”

Hebrews 12:4-6 (AMP

28 Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, and offer to God pleasing service and acceptable worship with reverence and awe; 29 for our God is (indeed) a consuming fire.

Hebrews 12:28-29 (AMP)

To You who is able to keep me from falling and to present me before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy – to You who is the only God, my Saviour, be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Yeshua The Anointed One, my Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. Jude 1:24-25

Wednesday Morning Prayer (Wk5/2021)

The generous man (is a source of blessing and) shall be prosperous and enriched, And he who waters will himself be watered (reaping the generosity he has sown).

Proverbs 11:25 (AMP)

El Hayyay – God of my Life, I come before You asking for forgiveness and, as I do so, I come empty. Without You I am nothing but, with You I am everything. A few days ago I prayed that You would be my first thought in the morning and my last at night. Therefore, I come before You this morning, empty and ready to be filled.

Today my request is regarding overflow. I wish to be running to an overflow at all times; 24/7 365. We are promised abundance, blessings, enduring love, favour, honour, long life, prosperity, protection and much more. Your Word tells me, there is no good thing which You will withhold from me. Thank You. I give thanks that You are not just a god but You are the True God and, because of that, I can ask and I will receive. You have said that I can ask anything and it shall be mine, as long as it is within Your will for my life. Your Word tells me that You are an on-time God, so if You have said it, I can believe it and expect it. My request is that I am brought to higher heights and deeper depths in You. I yearn to lose control, as I trust in You. Again, if you can use anything Lord, You can use me. Have Your way.

Yet the Lord will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life.

Psalm 42:8 (AKJV)

And the threshing floors shall be full of grain, And the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil.

Joel 2:24 (AMP)

The (intrinsically) good man produces what is good and honourable and moral out of the good treasure (stored) in his heart; and the (intrinsically) evil man produces what is wicked and depraved out of the evil (in his heart); for his mouth speaks from the overflow of his heart.

Luke 6:45 (AMP)

so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through your faith. And may you, having been (deeply) rooted and (securely) grounded in love, 18 be fully capable of comprehending with all the saints (God’s people) the width and length and height and depth of His love (fully experiencing that amazing, endless love); 19 and (that you may come) to know (practically, through personal experience) the love of Christ which far surpasses (mere) knowledge (without experience), that you may be filled up (throughout your being) to all the fullness of God (so that you may have the richest experience of God’s presence in your lives, completely filled and flooded with God Himself).

Ephesians 3:17-19 (AMP)

‘…having been deeply rooted (in Him) and now being continually built up in Him and (becoming increasingly more) established in your faith, just as you were taught, and overflowing in it with gratitude.

Colossians 2:7 (AMP)

To You who is able to keep me from falling and to present me before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy – to You who is the only God, my Saviour, be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Yeshua The Anointed One, my Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. Jude 1:24-25

Tuesday Morning Prayer (Wk5/2021)

Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.

Lamentations 3:21-23 (NIV)

El Emunah. My God and Father. The Great and Mighty God of all. The One who is the Creator of all that is seen and unseen; things before, right now and ahead. I ask You for forgiveness of sins, whether they be of thoughts, words or deeds. I thank You that my sins are as far from me as the east is from the west, so You can use me once again.

Today I come before You to give thanks, because Your mercies are new every morning. Life is a long road that has many things that step into our paths to sidetrack us, blind us, slow us down or speed us up. However, I can thank You for always being a God of a second chance; I can pull on Your mercy as it endures forever. You are a Faithful God and no matter how many times I fail, You are there to lift me up, forgive me and place me back up on the Rock from where I fell. Remind me, when I fall away it is not from physical things but it is from You. Help me to find myself within You. Once my roots are embedded in You, they will not be uprooted and pushed away. I remain rooted and focused. Joy, peace, love, confidence and courage are all available to me in abundance, if I request them from You, and do not expect to find them in this world. As I seek Your face, I ask for a new heart to be placed within me, which holds new desires. As the songwriter requests, ‘Prepare me to be a sanctuary; pure and holy, tried and true’. I look to You and ask that Your will be done in my life.

Blessed (content, sheltered by God’s promises) are the merciful, for they will receive mercy.

Matthew 5:7 (AMP)

Be merciful (responsive, compassionate, tender) just as your (heavenly) Father is merciful.

Luke 6:36 (AMP)

Blessed (gratefully praised and adored) be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts and encourages us in every trouble so that we will be able to comfort and encourage those who are in any kind of trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (AMP)

But God, being (so very) rich in mercy, because of His great and wonderful love with which He loved us, even when we were (spiritually) dead and separated from Him because of our sins, He made us (spiritually) alive together with Christ (for by His grace—His undeserved favor and mercy—you have been saved from God’s judgment).

Ephesians 24:5 (AMP)

‘…having been deeply rooted (in Him) and now being continually built up in Him and (becoming increasingly more) established in your faith, just as you were taught, and overflowing in it with gratitude

Colossians 2:7 (AMP)

Nevertheless, do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years is like one day. The Lord does not delay (as though He were unable to act) and is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is (extraordinarily) patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance

2 Peter 3:8-9 (AMP)

If we (freely) admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises), and will forgive our sins and cleanse us continually from all unrighteousness (our wrongdoing, everything not in conformity with His will and purpose).

1 John 1:9 (AMP)

To You who is able to keep me from falling and to present me before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy – to You who is the only God, my Saviour, be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Yeshua The Anointed One, my Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. Jude 1:24-25

Monday Morning Prayer (Wk5/2021)

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you (and approved of you as My chosen instrument), And before you were born I consecrated you (to Myself as My own);

Jeremiah 1:5 (AMP)

My Father, I give You all the glory, honour, thanks and praise. I come before You, not because of myself but because of who You are. You are the God that has always been. The Maker of heaven and earth; the one who put a twinkle in my earthly father’s eye; the One who brought me forth at conception; the One who sustained me in my mother’s womb and continues to do the same until this day. I ask that You forgive me of all sins, no matter what form they may be, and assist me as I attempt to live my life the way You want me to. I know that all things I’m able to do is because of You and not from my own doing, and for that I give You thanks.

Today I pray for clarity. So many ways are out there, but I pray for clarity in the path I am to take. I pray for clarity, so that I will not pray amiss and may move and speak with confidence. Your Word tells me that the prayer of a righteous man achieves much. Therefore, I request that You give me and my Brothers and Sisters in Christ, the foreknowledge of what You require us to bring before You, so we are always moving within Your will. We know You hold the keys in Your Hand to our future, unlock and close all doors appropriately and guide us so we may stand correct and ready. Give us such clarity that we are aware of Your presence and direction in all things. Help us to remember that You are our sustainer, therefore, there is no thing or anyone that we should fear.

Behold, the Lord your God has set the land before you; go up and take possession of it, just as the Lord, the God of your fathers, has spoken to you. Do not fear or be dismayed.’

Deuteronomy 1:21 (AMP)

Then I said to you, ‘Do not be shocked, nor fear them.

Deuteronomy 1:29 (AMP)

Then David said to his son Solomon, “Be strong and courageous, and take action; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you nor abandon you (but will guide you in the construction) until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the Lord.

1 Chronicles 28:20

I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.

Isaiah 22:22

18 And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. 19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Matthew 16:18-19 (NIV)

“Do not let your heart be troubled (afraid, cowardly). Believe (confidently) in God and trust in Him, (have faith, hold on to it, rely on it, keep going and) believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many dwelling places. If it were not so, I would have told you, because I am going there to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back again and I will take you to Myself, so that where I am you may be also…….”

John 14:1-3 (AMP)

To You who is able to keep me from falling and to present me before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy – to You who is the only God, my Saviour, be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Yeshua The Anointed One, my Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. Jude 1:24-25

Sunday Morning Prayer (Wk4/2021)

“Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but (only) those who are sick

Matthew 9:12

Jehovah-Rapha, my Lord and my God, I come before You this morning giving You all the glory, honour and the praise. I ask You for forgiveness of all my sin, so that I am made worthy as I approach Your Mercy Seat.

This morning I call on Your attribute, which provides healing. Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals and restores. I pray for Your Holy Spirit to be made manifest within the people on this earth. We all need Your Holy Spirit but, at this moment, I pray for all those who are sick, wherever they may be and whatever the condition. I pray that it will be done physically, mentally and spiritually. Your Word says the prayers of a righteous man achieves much and we are also made holy and righteous by You. Therefore, I pray for a saturation of the body and souls of all those whose bodies are not functioning the way they were made to. I bring before You people who are sick, the world over. In Your Word there was a woman with an issue of blood. She may have been anaemic; had fibroids; had cancer; or had endometriosis. We are just told she had an issue with blood, but You knew, just by her one touch. My God I thank You for knowing what our issues are, even before we bring it before You. You know what the issue is before it is formed. May it be that as You said to that woman, her faith had made her whole, may it be the same for those the world over. Give them an increase of faith. I place before You, all those throughout the world that are faced with issues like the woman in the Bible and also Coronavirus, tumours, cancers, who have sicknesses but are not aware they are there; or have sicknesses but are afraid to bring it to a person that can help. I pray that they realise the Physician up on High is the only one that can and will help: If they only ask, trust and believe. They may bring it to an earthly physician but, You are the one who already knows the end result. I pray that wherever they are You would breathe on them Your breath of life. Touch them from their head to their toes; touch every bone, vein, artery, muscle, ventricle, tissue and every membrane. El Elyon, You know it all, as You created these parts in the beginning. As You do Your work in them, I pray that each individual will feel You as You work and they will understand what a Mighty God they serve. If they do not yet know You, I pray that they will start wanting to know a lot more about You, the Most High God.

Jehovah-Rapha, I thank for what You have done; I thank You for what You are doing; and I thank You for all You intend to do. I lift You up and give You thanks, because we are told to do so, in every situation.

El Emunah my Faithful God.

Saturday Morning Prayer (Wk4/2021)

The song writer said, Lord prepare me to be a sanctuary; pure and holy, tried and true. With thanksgiving I’ll be a living sanctuary for You. Today I approach Your Throne of Grace, asking that I am prepared for the day and times ahead. In the Old Testament, the Tabernacle was built as a Dwelling Place for You. My prayer is that, in the same way, my body is prepared to be a place where You may dwell; may You find it a place where You can and will rest. I lay myself before You in the physical and the spiritual, for the process to take place. Place it within my mind, heart and spirit the true knowledge of You, the God I serve. May I perfectly realise and perceive the full power of the resurrection of Your Son Jesus Christ, Yeshua HaMashiach. Your Word tells me that if You are lifted up from this earth You will draw all man to You. Therefore, I lift You up, I worship, glorify and honour You. I place You above all things. I pray that of all the verdicts I may face, Yours will be the only one that matters. Wherever I fail, may Your Word pull me up as I remember that ALL things are possible via You and what a Mighty God I serve! You will be my first port of call in the morning; the last thing at night. As You reveal things to me, may it be possible for me to understand. As You reveal things to me, may I not be afraid. As You reveal things to me, may I obey. El Elyon, I trust in You.

You will bring them in and plant them on the mountain of your inheritance— the place, Lord, you made for your dwelling, the sanctuary, Lord, your hands established.

Exodus 15:17 (NIV)

“Then have them make a sanctuary for me, and I will dwell among them.

Exodus 25:8

Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.

Proverbs 4:23 (NIV)

Do not fear (anything), for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, be assured I will help you; I will certainly take hold of you with My righteous right hand (a hand of justice, of power, of victory, of salvation).’

Isaiah 41:10 (AMP)

And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.”

John 12:32 (NIV)

And (I pray) that the eyes of your heart (the very centre and core of your being) may be enlightened (flooded with light by the Holy Spirit), so that you will know and cherish the hope (the divine guarantee, the confident expectation) to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints (God’s people),

Ephesians 1:18 (AMP)

To You who is able to keep me from falling and to present me before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy – to You who is the only God, my Saviour, be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Yeshua The Anointed One, my Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. Jude 1:24-25

Friday Morning Prayer (Wk4/2021)

Almighty God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The God who created Heaven and Earth. The God who hovered over the face of the waters, before anything was brought into being, with His breath. My God!

Today I honour You because of the blessings flowing my way. I will be blessed in the morning and blessed in the evening. I will be blessed in my coming in and going out. I will be blessed as I rest, work and play. I thank You for keeping me through another period of 24 hours and for the possibilities to be put in front of me again. Thank You for being a God of a second chance! Today, El Elyon, I come against any plan of the enemy. I come against anything that is brought to my mind from the past or in front of me right now. With Your Mighty Hand I will be lifted up and not cast down; You Word tells me I shall live and not die; my future is one of hope and not destruction. El Elyon, I ask You to keep me focused on High. Whatever or whoever tries to manipulate me and turn my focus from You, by turning me left or to the right, I pray that by the Name of Your Son Yeshua HaMashiach, I will be focused on the narrow path that is before me. If I remain on the narrow path, there is no room for me to falter. If I remain on the narrow path and at Your pace, I cannot move away from where You are leading me. I thank You that Your ears are not deaf to my voice and Your eyes not blind to what I face. I trust in You. Thank You, my lover; my Friend; my Father; my King, my God and my All.

And I will bless (do good for, benefit) those who bless you, And I will curse (that is, subject to My wrath and judgment) the one who curses (despises, dishonors, has contempt for) you. And in you all the families (nations) of the earth will be blessed.”

Genesis 12:3 (AMP)

And Melchizedek blessed Abram and said, “Blessed (joyful, favored) be Abram by God Most High, Creator and Possessor of heaven and earth; And blessed, praised, and glorified be God Most High, Who has given your enemies into your hand.” And Abram gave him a tenth of all (the treasure he had taken in battle).

Genesis 14:20 (AMP)

Since Abraham is destined to become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth will be blessed through him

Genesis 18:18 (AMP)

Through your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have heard and obeyed My voice.”

Genesis 22:18 (AMP)

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Deuteronomy 31:6

I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise will continually be on my mouth

Psalm 34:1

Then the eyes of the blind will be opened and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped

Isaiah 35:5

Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things (centre your mind on them, and implant them in your heart).

Philippians 4:8 (AMP)

Give thanks in every circumstance, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

1 Thessalonians 5:12

To You who is able to keep me from falling and to present me before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy – to You who is the only God, my Saviour, be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Yeshua The Anointed One, my Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. Jude 1:24-25
