Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – The Belt of Truth

My Warriors, I am securing you in My words in these coming days so that you will not be shaken by the circumstances around you. I want for you to set your face like flint and to be firmly rooted in Me and Me alone. I want nothing of mixture to mislead you.

I want you to know My voice so deeply and to be able to discern anything of distraction or deception in these days so that nothing is able to lead you astray. I am asking you to wield your weapons and to be fully equipped with every piece of armour I give you. Armour for your protection but also for the protection of those in your care.

You must ready yourself and steady yourself in Me and Me alone. What does it look like to be fully secure, and secured in Me? What does the belt of Truth securing you at your very core feel like? Does it feel sturdy and safe? The belt of Truth is an anchor point, it is a secure position to hold you firm and to keep you safe.

I ask you to wrap the truth of My Word around everything that you are and everything that you do. Be secured in My Words and so sure of the truth that it holds you firmly in these days, and you can do the same for those around you. I will keep you safe and secure in these days, Hold fast to the Truth and let nothing of deception lead you astray.

Activation:

Meditate on the following Scripture. Take time to think about the significance of the armour God gives us and why it is so important in the coming days to know how to live and breathe in our armour daily. Take time to meditate on the belt of truth, the security of truth around your waist holding you up and holding you in position. Where do you or others in your life or in the world need the belt of truth to hold and secure them, spend time praying into whatever Holy Spirit brings to mind. Remember in God’s truth, You are secured and you are safe.

11 Put on the full armor of God [for His precepts are like the splendid armor of a heavily-armed soldier], so that you may be able to [successfully] stand up against all the schemes and the strategies and the deceits of the devil.

12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this [present] darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) places.

13 Therefore, put on the complete armor of God, so that you will be able to [successfully] resist and stand your ground in the evil day [of danger], and having done everything [that the crisis demands], to stand firm [in your place, fully prepared, immovable, victorious].

14 So stand firm and hold your ground, having [a]tightened the wide band of truth (personal integrity, moral courage) around your waist and having put on the breastplate of righteousness (an upright heart),

15 and having [b]strapped on your feet the gospel of peace in preparation [to face the enemy with firm-footed stability and the readiness produced by the good news].

16 Above all, lift up the [protective] [c]shield of faith with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

18 With all prayer and petition pray [with specific requests] at all times [on every occasion and in every season] in the Spirit, and with this in view, stay alert with all perseverance and petition [interceding in prayer] for all [d]God’s people.

19 And pray for me, that words may be given to me when I open my mouth, to proclaim boldly the mystery of the good news [of salvation],

20 for which I am an ambassador in chains. And pray that in proclaiming it I may speak boldly and courageously, as I should.

Ephesians 6:11-20 (AMP)

Footnotes

[a] Ephesians 6:14 Lit girded your loins, a phrase often found in the Bible, is an urgent call to get ready for immediate action or a coming event. The phrase is related to the type of clothing worn in ancient times. Before any vigorous activity the loose ends of clothing (tunics, cloaks, mantles, etc.) had to be gathered up and tucked into the wide band worn around the midsection of the body. The band (usually about six inches wide) also served as a kind of pocket or pouch to carry personal items such as a dagger, money or other necessary things. Gird up your mind or gird up your heart are examples of variants of this phrase and call for mental or spiritual preparation for a coming challenge.

[b] Ephesians 6:15 A reference to the Roman soldiers’ shoes which were studded with hobnails to give them stability on the battlefield.

[c] Ephesians 6:16 Here the Greek word refers to the large Roman soldiers’ shield designed to protect the entire body. It had an iron frame and was covered in several layers of leather. When soaked in water before a battle the shield could put out the fiery missiles thrown at them by the enemy.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – A Double-Edged Sword

My warriors, Do you not know that I have trained your hands for war. You are ready and able to fight the good fight and to stand firm, secured in the Truth of My Word despite the shaking in this season. We are coming into days where you must be fully equipped, wearing the whole armour of God and wielding sharpened swords.

When I speak to you about sharpening your sword ready to be weaponised by Heaven, I am speaking to you about sharpening your knowledge of My word, The Bible, Kingdom truth! You must remember that in the Kingdom we wield weapons differently. We speak Truth and we always come in the opposing spirit. In order to come in the opposing spirit you must know the truth written in My Word and understand what the opposites in the kingdom look like. You must be ready at short notice to stand firm in My truth, when you know the truth of My Word you are able to fight differently and stand differently, secured in the words I speak and the promises I keep.

Do you not know that My people fight differently, Truth is a double-edged sword that cuts through the confusion of the days ahead and moves in the opposing spirit than the spirit of the age.

It is time to get sharp. I am asking you now to take seriously the study of the Word of God, to digest My words and to have truth written on your insides so that you can live out Kingdom structure in your every day. I want the living breathing Word of God within My truth tellers. This is an equipping season and a time to make yourselves ready as the days are coming when you will need to have the belt of truth fastened tightly around your waist to secure you and anchor others.

Activation

Take some time today to read your Bible and read the scriptures below. Reflect on what the opposing spirit means and then write a list, such as ‘We know that in the Bible it says that perfect love drives out fear and we know that Order opposes chaos.’

Allow Holy Spirit to lead you as you explore your Bible and write a list from what you find. When you come into an atmosphere do not allow it to shake you but remember you are weaponised by heaven and can speak Order into chaos, perfect love into fear and you are equipped with truth to be an atmosphere shifter and lifter.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this [present] darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) places.

Ephesians 6:12 (AMP)

12 For the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged [a]sword, penetrating as far as the division of the [b]soul and spirit [the completeness of a person], and of both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart.

13 And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight, but all things are open and exposed, and revealed to the eyes of Him with whom we have to give account.

Hebrews 4:12-13 (AMP)

Wednesday Morning Scripture – Hebrews 4

    The Believer’s Rest

1 Therefore, while the promise of entering His rest still remains and is freely offered today, let us fear, in case any one of you may seem to come short of reaching it or think he has come too late.

2 For indeed we have had the good news [of salvation] preached to us, just as the Israelites also [when the good news of the promised land came to them]; but the message they heard did not benefit them, because it was not united with faith [in God] by those who heard.

3 For we who believe [that is, we who personally trust and confidently rely on God] enter that rest [so we have His inner peace now because we are confident in our salvation, and assured of His power], just as He has said,

“AS I SWORE [an oath] IN MY WRATH,
THEY SHALL NOT ENTER MY REST,”

[this He said] although His works were [a]completed from the foundation of the world [waiting for all who would believe].

    4 For somewhere [in Scripture] He has said this about the seventh day: “AND GOD RESTED ON THE SEVENTH DAY FROM ALL HIS WORKS”;

5 and again in this, “THEY SHALL NOT ENTER MY REST.”

6 Therefore, since the promise remains for some to enter His rest, and those who formerly had the good news preached to them failed to [grasp it and did not] enter because of [their unbelief evidenced by] disobedience,

7 He again sets a definite day, [a new] “Today,” [providing another opportunity to enter that rest by] saying through David after so long a time, just as has been said before [in the words already quoted],

“TODAY IF YOU HEAR HIS VOICE,
    DO NOT HARDEN YOUR HEARTS.”

8 [This mention of a rest was not a reference to their entering into Canaan.] For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not speak about another day [of opportunity] after that.

9 So there remains a [full and complete] Sabbath rest for the people of God.

10 For the one who has once entered His rest has also rested from [the weariness and pain of] his [human] labors, just as God rested from [those labors uniquely] His own.

11 Let us therefore make every effort to enter that rest [of God, to know and experience it for ourselves], so that no one will fall by following the same example of disobedience [as those who died in the wilderness].

12 For the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged [b]sword, penetrating as far as the division of the [c]soul and spirit [the completeness of a person], and of both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart.

13 And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight, but all things are open and exposed, and revealed to the eyes of Him with whom we have to give account.

14 Inasmuch then as we [believers] have a great High Priest who has [already ascended and] passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession [of faith and cling tenaciously to our absolute trust in Him as Savior].

15 For we do not have a High Priest who is unable to sympathize and understand our weaknesses and temptations, but One who has been tempted [knowing exactly how it feels to be human] in every respect as we are, yet without [committing any] sin.

16 Therefore let us [with privilege] approach the throne of grace [that is, the throne of God’s gracious favor] with confidence and without fear, so that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find [His amazing] grace to help in time of need [an appropriate blessing, coming just at the right moment].

    Hebrews 4:1-16 (AMP)

    Footnotes

[a] Hebrews 4:3 God “rested” because everything that needed to be done was done—everything was complete, fully accomplished. In human terms this expression is used when a lawyer completes his presentation in a court of law; he “rests” his case—everything is in evidence, there is nothing left to present.

[b] Hebrews 4:12 In addition to “sword,” the word in Greek was used for the knife used by the priests to slit the throats of the sacrificial lambs and for the knife (scalpel) used by a surgeon.

[c] Hebrews 4:12 “soul and spirit” used here to emphasize the whole person, not two separate entities as in other passages.

      The Armor/Armour of YHWH

10 In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [draw your strength from Him and be empowered through your union with Him] and in the power of His [boundless] might.

11 Put on the full armor of God [for His precepts are like the splendid armor of a heavily-armed soldier], so that you may be able to [successfully] stand up against all the schemes and the strategies and the deceits of the devil.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – You Are Not Finished Yet

I see you. I see the weariness that is on your body. I see that you want to give up. For some of you it has been years, or months and even days where you have wanted to give up. I hear your voice saying, “I cannot do this anymore”. But I say, you’re not finished yet.

I am with you. Just as I was with Moses and Aaron, as they went to Pharaoh to set My people free from Egypt. I am with you. My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.

I want you to remember that it is not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit. I will lead you, and guide you always. I am your sustainer and your helper. Keep going. Today I invite you to see what I am giving you, to help you, to show you that I will do wonders in you, just as I did with Moses. Keep going.  Run your race. You are not finished yet.

      Activation:

Moses was eighty years old and Aaron was eighty-three years old when God called them to go to Egypt and set the people of God free. Today God wants to remind you that He has a plan and purpose for your life, no matter your age or circumstances.

God gave Moses a staff in which God used to appear and show His miracles and wonders to the Egyptians. Moses and Aaron were obedient to the Lord when He asked them to step out, God showed up. Spend time in worship and praise to God, then look in the Spirit. Ask Jesus what your staff looks like. Take time with Him to look at the colours, ask Him questions. What are the colours, what do they mean? Write down what He shares with you, then be obedient and step out in faith, doing what God has directed you to do, knowing He will be with you every step of the way.

Then he said to me, “This [continuous supply of oil] is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel [prince of Judah], saying, ‘Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit [of whom the oil is a symbol],’ says the LORD of hosts.

      Zechariah 4:6 (AMP)

28 “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened [by religious rituals that provide no peace], and I will give you rest [refreshing your souls with salvation].

29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me [following Me as My disciple], for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest (renewal, blessed quiet) for your souls.

30 For My yoke is easy [to bear] and My burden is light.”

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Worry Not, For I Am With You

I know that you worry about the future but I want you to know that I have you. You are secure in My arms. Run to Me when you feel a hint of worry and lay it at My feet. Submit your worries and cares to Me and We will carry your troubles together. Do I not take care of the sparrows and dress the lilies? How much more do I care for you?

You are so much more precious to Me. I will look after you, You are My child. It is one of My favourite things to do to take care of you. I am with you always and that will never change. You can always count on Me. You can trust Me fully, I am not capable of letting you down. I am with you always. Your future is secure in Me. Today I am securing you in the promise that I will take care of you. You are safe with Me.

      Activation:

Think of the things that are worrying or burdening you at this time. Take time to choose to forgive, lay down or let go of the things that are weighing heavily on you. Use the words below or use your own to submit your worries to God and allow Him to lighten the load.

      Pray the following prayer:

“Jesus, Today I choose to surrender to you afresh. I cast my worries and fears at your feet and I choose to trust you again. Thank you Jesus that I don’t have to carry these things on my own. I give you every worry, fear and concern. (Name them aloud, physically hand them to Jesus or even look into the spirit to see what Jesus is doing as you give Him these things) Thank you that you never leave me and I can fully trust you. In Jesus name, Amen.”

      The Cure  for Anxiety

25 “Therefore I tell you, stop being worried or anxious (perpetually uneasy, distracted) about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, as to what you will wear. Is life not more than food, and the body more than clothing?

26 Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow [seed] nor reap [the harvest] nor gather [the crops] into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they?

      Matthew 6:25-26 (AMP)

6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God [set aside self-righteous pride], so that He may exalt you [to a place of honor in His service] at the appropriate time,

7 casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Look to Me

I know you have felt alone in this season. I know you have looked to other things to bring you joy and fulfilment, and you thought I did not see. But I saw, and I am calling you back to Me. I don’t want you to look to the things of this world for fulfilment, I want you to look to Me and Me alone to satisfy you. Where you have felt alone, I come to show you that I see you and I am with you.

You are not alone. I formed you. Before you were even conceived, I knew you. My thoughts are precious towards you. I am not hidden from you. When you seek Me with your whole heart, you will find Me. I am not hidden from you. I know when you’re lying down, when you’re sitting up. I know your thoughts from afar off. I am near to you. And I invite you to see Me, to look up from your circumstances and into My eyes and to know I AM WITH YOU.

      Activation:

I am allowing you to see into My eyes, says the Lord. Today – spend time in God’s presence.

Start with praise and worship. Then look for Jesus in the room. Ask Him to show you what His eyes look like. Dive deep and see, see the colours, see where they are looking. See Him looking at you and loving you with His eyes.

Take time to draw, paint or sketch His eyes. Draw what He shows you. Even if you are not good at drawing, God has called you creative because you are His and He is your creator. His eyes are on you. He loves you and has hemmed you behind and before. He is with you. Carry that drawing with you, and every time you feel God is not with you, look at that drawing and see God’s eyes looking at you. His look is one of love, love for you.

His eyes are a flame of fire, and on His head are many royal crowns; and He has a name inscribed [on Him] which no one knows or understands except Himself.

      Revelation 19:12 (AMP)

You have enclosed me behind and before,
And [You have] placed Your hand upon me.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Vindication is Coming

Many in the Body of Christ have suffered the hurt of betrayal and false accusation over these past few years. Betrayal can take many different forms, but I have seen it all and I understand the depth of pain. Even My Son, Jesus, knew the pain of betrayal, particularly at the hands of those closest to Him. As your Heavenly Father, I honour the way that you have walked in humility and chosen to extend forgiveness and grace.

However, there are still some of you who must allow Me to fully heal your heart and remove every vestige of pain. Do not bury the hurt, believing that unless you keep the memories alive, your vindication will not come. I am a God of justice, and I am faithful. I am working all things through for your good and so trust Me to fully vindicate you at the right time. I will not let you down.

Come to Me, release the pain and let Me heal and restore. Break every ungodly soul tie that keeps you tethered to the past. My heart longs for you to live in freedom, wholeness and fullness of joy. I need you to be completely healed and set free so that you live in unwavering strength and stability in these challenging days.

My Beloved Sons and Daughters, I promise your vindication is coming, trust in Me and let go of all that would rob you of victorious living!

      Activation:

Spend time with the Lord and allow Him to search your heart. Ask Him to show you if you are holding onto hurt and pain from past experiences of betrayal. As the Holy Spirit reveals things, release the pain and forgive again. Break ungodly soul ties with those involved and choose by faith to trust God to bring vindication in His timing. Bless the person and release them into the fullness of God’s plans for their life.

But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from Me [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the Lord.

      Isaiah 54:17 (AMPC)

      7  Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me;
You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies,
And Your right hand will save me.

      The Lord will accomplish that which concerns me;
Your [unwavering] lovingkindness, O LORD, endures forever—
Do not abandon the works of Your own hands.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Uproot and Tear Down

I am giving you a new mantle, My remnant: the mantle of David. And with it, the anointing to be fearless as I send you for important Kingdom assignments. However, as I prepared David against the attacks of bears and lions while he was with his sheep, in the same way I will groom you with the right plans of attack that are different from the ones of old.

This is a moment to set time aside for Me so that I can take you deeper, higher and wider. Be ready: for I will even allow the enemy to press you but believe Me, it will be for your own benefit! Your feet will turn out to be unshakeable as you stand on the Rock, your faith will grow stronger and your spiritual eyesight will become surgical to preempt the moves of the enemy.

Only then will I have you go to the nations. As I am shaking them, I want you to follow My instructions and be set to uproot and tear down what are man-made religious structures and all that is empire. Yes, there will be opposition, but I am with you all along and the glory of the outcome will satisfy you to the full.

      Activation:

In these coming days and weeks make sure you take time with the Lord. Pray that He would hone you to be ready for what is to come. Be specific and ask for timings, what the exact assignments are and where. You may want to consider starting a Daniel fast.

“See, I have appointed you this day over the nations and over the kingdoms,
      To uproot and break down,
      To destroy and to overthrow,
      To build and to plant.”

      Jeremiah 1:10 (AMP)

      The Sea is Divided

Then Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid! Take your stand [be firm and confident and undismayed] and see the salvation of the LORD which He will accomplish for you today; for those Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see again.

      Exodus 14:13 (AMP)

      26 And he who overcomes [the world through believing that Jesus is the Son of God] and he who keeps My deeds [doing things that please Me] until the [very] end, to him I will give authority and power over the nations;

      27 and he shall shepherd and rule them with a rod of iron, as the earthen pots are broken in pieces, as I also have received authority [and power to rule them] from My Father;

28 and I will give him the [a]Morning Star.

      Revelation 2:26-28 (AMP)

      Footnotes

[a] Revelation 2:28 In 22:16 this expression designates Christ as the true Messiah, the root and the descendant of David. Here, the gift probably is the privilege of knowing Christ at a much higher level (see Phil 3:8).

But more than that, I count everything as loss compared to the priceless privilege and supreme advantage of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord [and of growing more deeply and thoroughly acquainted with Him—a joy unequaled]. For His sake I have lost everything, and I consider it all garbage, so that I may gain Christ,
