Don’t give up! Don’t be discouraged because I am bringing others alongside you who will help shoulder the heavy load you have been carrying. You need a family to gather around you to encourage, love, sharpen, and push you forward! You were created for community; you were never meant to journey alone!

Lay down the false burdens that you’ve picked up or that have been placed upon you. Allow My love to wash away all your performance and striving so that you can pick up the light yoke which has been designed for you.

Each of the people that I am bringing into your life carries a piece of the puzzle to unlock Heaven in your region. As you link arms and connect with them in a unified cause, the whole picture will come together creating a mosaic of what heavenly family looks like. Learn how to plough together in this season so you don’t burn out before reaching your destination. Pace yourself with others so you can partner with Heaven’s larger vision of harvest and restoration on the earth. See how much more you will accomplish as you work together as the unified Body of Christ!

Prayer: Father, I recognize my need for covenant family and I repent for where I have tried to do life on my own. Help me to learn to work with others in unity to bring you glory and increase your vision on the earth.

He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Break Out of Delay

I am coming to pull you out of your delay but to do this I must first break your agreement with the comfort and safety found in delay. You have become too familiar with the stillness and ease which come with delay. Enough is enough! I will not have my people limited by their own wants for ease and comfort. I am telling you it is time to advance. To step forward you must break all agreements with delay and the comfort that it brings you. 

I know it can be unfamiliar and unsettling to advance but it is where you will come most alive. Have you not felt the sluggishness and tiredness of delay? 

COME ALIVE!

Step out of delay and come into the fullness of living. It’s going to be a wild ride!

Prayer: Today, I choose to break my agreement with the spirit of delay. I break my agreement with the safety and comfort that this spirit has brought and close the door to anything trying to hold me back. I ask you Holy Spirit to come and fill me with your abundant life-giving power so that I can be placed and pulled into God’s timing. I say YES to you God and to your advancement in my life.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Monday Morning Scripture (Wk26/2022) – Ephesians 6:10-23

The Armor/Armour of YHWH

10 In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [draw your strength from Him and be empowered through your union with Him] and in the power of His [boundless] might.

11 Put on the full armor of God [for His precepts are like the splendid armor of a heavily-armed soldier], so that you may be able to [successfully] stand up against all the schemes and the strategies and the deceits of the devil.

12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this [present] darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) places.

13 Therefore, put on the complete armor of God, so that you will be able to [successfully] resist andstand your ground in the evil day [of danger], and having done everything [that the crisis demands], to stand firm [in your place, fully prepared, immovable, victorious].

14 So stand firm and hold your ground, having [1]tightened the wide band of truth (personal integrity, moral courage) around your waist and having put on the breastplate of righteousness (an upright heart),

15 and having [2]strapped on your feet the gospel of peace in preparation [to face the enemy with firm-footed stability and the readiness produced by the good news].

16 Above all, lift up the [protective] [3]shield of faith with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

  1. Ephesians 6:14 Lit girded your loins, a phrase often found in the Bible, is an urgent call to get ready for immediate action or a coming event. The phrase is related to the type of clothing worn in ancient times. Before any vigorous activity the loose ends of clothing (tunics, cloaks, mantles, etc.) had to be gathered up and tucked into the wide band worn around the midsection of the body. The band (usually about six inches wide) also served as a kind of pocket or pouch to carry personal items such as a dagger, money or other necessary things. Gird up your mind or gird up your heart are examples of variants of this phrase and call for mental or spiritual preparation for a coming challenge.
  2. Ephesians 6:15 A reference to the Roman soldiers’ shoes which were studded with hobnails to give them stability on the battlefield.
  3. Ephesians 6:16 Here the Greek word refers to the large Roman soldiers’ shield designed to protect the entire body. It had an iron frame and was covered in several layers of leather. When soaked in water before a battle the shield could put out the fiery missiles thrown at them by the enemy.

Jesus Is The Vine – Followers Are Branches

1 “[1]I am the true Vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.

2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that continues to bear fruit, He[repeatedly] prunes, so that it will bear more fruit [even richer and finer fruit].

3 You are already clean because of the word which I have given you [the teachings which I have discussed with you].

4 Remain in Me, and I[will remain] in you. Just as no branch can bear fruit by itself without remaining in the vine, neither can you [bear fruit, producing evidence of your faith] unless you remain in Me.

5 [2]I am the Vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him bears much fruit, for [otherwise] apart from Me [that is, cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.

6 If anyone does not remain in Me, he is thrown out like a [broken off] branch, and withers and dies; and they gather such branches and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

7 If you remain in Me and My words remain in you [that is, if we are vitally united and My message lives in your heart], ask whatever you wish and it will be done for you.

8 My Father is glorified and honoured by this, when you bear much fruit, and prove yourselves to be My [true] disciples.

9 I have loved you just as the Father has loved Me; remain in My love [and do not doubt My love for you].

Come to me all you who are weary and thirsty.

Press in to my divine presence and you will find there is more to me than you ever thought possible.

I am revealing myself to my people in new ways for it is my joy to commune with my creation, my children. Press in to your life source – my presence – and you will find the refreshment you seek.

My beloved, you are mine, and I am yours.

We are joined as one, never to be parted.

There is nothing you can do or say that will push me away. I am never giving up on you for my love cannot be contained. Reflect today on my promises and speak out words of truth for they will sustain you.

Activation: Ask Holy Spirit to remind you of God’s promises over your life. Spend time thanking him for these promises, dwelling on his goodness and faithfulness.

Live in me. Make your home in me just as I do in you. In the same way that a branch can’t bear grapes by itself but only by being joined to the vine, you can’t bear fruit unless you are joined with me. I am the vine you are the branches. When you’re joined with me and I with you, the relation intimate and organic, the harvest is sure to be abundant.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Hunger

I am igniting your heart to burn – to hunger – with a deep longing for me where like the woman with the issue of blood, you are compelled out of desperation to push through and reach me. I am igniting a hunger in you that will enable you to push past the fears and doubts that would hold you back, the voices that would seek to limit or restrain you, and to push past the distractions that would pull your eyes away from me.

I am calling to the depths of you, inviting you to fix your eyes on me, the prize, the One who is worth any cost. I am the One who is your all in all, the One who longs for your whole heart. I am igniting a reciprocal response in you that answers the longing and the passion that burns in my eyes for you, my bride.

Allow your eyes to be transfixed by the fire in mine. Close your ears to the voices of the crowd and listen for my voice above them all. Push through to my voice. Push through to my side. Push through to the deliverance and freedom that is yours in me.
Push, push, push through!

Activation: There is an invitation to linger for longer, to go deeper than before, to resist the temptation to move on too quickly, to allow your hunger for Jesus to grow and intensify. Ask Holy Spirit if there are any areas where you are pulling back or pulling away instead of pushing through and pushing towards Jesus. If so, why? Ask Him to ignite that deep hunger in your heart so that you are so desperate for Him and Him alone that nothing will keep you from him.
