Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Oil of Joy

Sons and Daughters, there are challenges ahead and you will need strength for the coming days. Remember that the Kingdom consists of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.

However, many of you are caught up ‘firefighting’ the personal challenges of your life or are so busy ‘about the Father’s business’ that you have neglected your first love and lost the ‘joy of the Lord’.  Do not forget that My joy is the source of your strength to overcome. Even when you are going through times of great pain, know that it will only last for a season and that joy comes.

My Beloved, I exhort you to daily spend time in worship and adoration so the oil of joy released in My presence can sustain you in the days ahead.  Do not neglect to feed on My Word, like Jeremiah, so that it brings joy and delight to your heart and fire to your bones.

I want you to overflow with uncontainable joy no matter how hard life becomes.  Joy is your portion. Joy filled praise drives out the enemy of your soul, shifts mindsets and transforms lives. A joy filled life is beautifully contagious, bringing strength and hope to all.

And the disciples were continually filled [throughout their souls] with joy and the Holy Spirit.

To grant to those who mourn in Zion the following:
To give them a [a]turban instead of dust [on their heads, a sign of mourning],
The oil of joy instead of mourning,

So they will be called the trees of righteousness [strong and magnificent, distinguished for integrity, justice, and right standing with God],
The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Treasure Hunt

My beloved, I am calling you to fresh encounters in new places with Me. You have heard many say that going deeper with Me requires burdensome rituals with dos and don’ts. I am not who they have painted Me to be. I am not religious! I am the Creator and I am deeply creative! Therefore, play with Me as if you were a child on a treasure hunt. I promise I will lead you on a joyful adventure.

The merrier, The deeper! I am not confined in walls of boredom. On the contrary, I will leave doors ajar for you to take a peek as you try to find Me and I will reveal myself in different traits and colours just for you to relish in this coming season. I want you to explore with Me, Have fun with Me and explore creativity with Me in new and fresh ways. 

Activation:

Find your favourite spot at home and seek Jesus. Ask Him to open up your vision and lead you into places with Him that you have never seen before. Ask Him how He would like to creatively spend time with you today and be open to whatever He shares. You could also ask the Lord to reveal Himself in creative ways as you go about your day. As you do, playfully ask Him what He wants to let you know, where He is leading you, what are you seeing and why. Ask the questions, He loves it when you ask questions and you are allowed to ask!

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Sing A New Song

I created you, My child. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. I made you to be creative, to have a wild, expansive brain and imagination sanctified by Me. For you have the mind of Christ and for you to hear My voice. I love that I made you. I have put something special in you that only you have on this earth. Today, I call you My craftsman. I call you My creative one.  I call you skilful, because you are like Me. I want to see creativity flow through you again. I need you to walk in fresh ideas, fresh solutions and fresh creativity. I am asking you to do these things for My future, for My glory on this earth. I love your creativity, come and be creative with Me again.

Activation:

The Lord loves you and loves who He has made you to be. Today the Lord invites you to spend time with Him in song writing, for He loves to hear you sing. Worship with Him today.

Today sit with the Lord and write a song together. Take a pen and paper out and ask Jesus what you should write a song about together. Whatever it is, do it with Jesus and enjoy writing with Him. You could also spend time being led by Holy Spirit to worship out loud and allow Him to bring songs up and out of you as you spend time in His presence.

He has filled them with skill to do all manner of work of the engraver and the designer and the tapestry maker, in blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine linen, and of the weaver—those who do every work and those who design artistic works.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Be Inquisitive, My Child

You are Mine and I Am yours, My beloved child. I formed you and I know you, I have handpicked you for this time. You are My kingdom of heaven strategy on the earth.

I long for you to know Me as I know you. Will you bring Me your questions in child-like faith? For I desire to answer them all.

What do you want to know about Me?

You have full access and nothing is off-limits.

Do you want to know My feelings, how I smell or how I sound?

Maybe you’d like to hear what I’m praying for you today, or what I am longing to show you in this hour.

Come, still your heart before Me, and ask away!

I desire to show you the things you desire to see and to share with you the things you long to hear.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Yield Again

As wind caresses and refreshes on a warm afternoon, the Lord says:

“Draw near that I may ease your pain and refresh your weary soul. For too long you have kept Me at bay, striving to perform in line with the world’s standards. Do you not know that rest is your highest warfare? Come and rest with Me for a while.”

To His weary bride, He says:

“I have seen your tears, heard your cries, and felt your frustration over the years. You fear that time is running out or that you are late.” In the midst of chaos, you ponder if there was a path you should have taken and I sense the Spirit of the Lord wooing you to a deeper level of intimacy with Him. The Lord says “While your feet are shod with peace and your hands with a sword, it is your voice I wish to activate. I have placed inside of you the power to tear down and build up but you must linger awhile with Me so you know exactly what to say and when.”

The Spirit of the Lord says:

“By the end of this month, much of the old would have been demolished. Do not be alarmed as I am ready now to rebuild. Worry not about time as you perceive it, for I AM El Olam, the Everlasting God of yesterday, today and tomorrow. I set the times and seasons and know the plans I have for you. The fruit you seek is found in Me.”

God’s Omnipresence and Omniscience

1 O Lord, you have searched me [thoroughly] and have known me.

2 You know when I sit down and when I rise up [my entire life, everything I do];
You understand my thought from afar.

3 You scrutinize my path and my lying down,
And You are intimately acquainted with all my ways.

4 Even before there is a word on my tongue [still unspoken],
Behold, O Lord, You know it all.

5 You have enclosed me behind and before,
And [You have] placed Your hand upon me.

6 Such [infinite] knowledge is too wonderful for me;
It is too high [above me], I cannot reach it.

7 Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Or where can I flee from Your presence?

8 If I ascend to heaven, You are there;
If I make my bed in Sheol (the nether world, the place of the dead), behold, You are there.

9 If I take the wings of the dawn,

[a] Psalm 139:19 In the first eighteen verses of this psalm, the psalmist acknowledges that God knows everything that the psalmist ever does, no matter when or where he does it. Although God’s vast knowledge of an individual’s deeds can be reassuring for the righteous, it should be frightening for the wicked. In verses 19-24, the psalmist distances himself from the wicked and asks God to help him live in such a way that pleases God.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – I Delight In You

I looked in the spirit and saw a man standing holding a large bunch of balloons, all of them were different colours and patterns. I could hear them talking and as I listened I heard them comparing themselves to one another. They were saying they would rather be red like the red balloon, patterned like the balloons with patterns or shaped differently to the form they had been given. They were so focused on the other balloons shapes, sizes, colours and patterns that they were unable to recognise their own uniqueness and beauty.

I heard the Spirit of the Lord call to a balloon and take it from amongst the bunch. He held it and He said “You are made uniquely in My image and you are perfect in My sight. You are not the blue one with the patterns because you were made to be the green one with stars on and I made you this way on purpose. I love you and I love the shape you are, the colour you bring, the unique patterns of My DNA that you carry. I handcrafted you purposefully and uniquely to be you. I do not want you to carry the shape or sound of others but I want you to represent Me in the way I have made you to”

The Lord says to you today, I am the one who sings over you with delight day by day as you come and seek Me out to spend time with Me. I adore your sweet perfume, your voice and the gifts you carry everywhere you go. I enjoy laughing with you and the way you dance and sing before Me.

There is no-one else who brings Me the things that you do, Only you My love. Only you! I delight in the way you abandon yourself to praising Me and worship. You dance like David, as though there is no-one else watching although you know that there is. You are lost in enjoying Me and I am arrested by the gifts that you bring and release as you dance. Please do not compare yourself to the others, I love you because you are made uniquely in My image and you belong to Me!

Activation:

Read Psalm 139 aloud and make it a declaration and agree with God that this is truth.

Lion Bites – Global Prophetic Alliance – Den Building

I saw in the distance a small canopy under the trees. The rain poured outside, and the leaves blew in different directions in the chill of the wind. Under the canopy it was dry and warm. As I approached, I saw a father and his child, sheltering from the elements outside. In the fathers’ hand was a flickering flame, the glow of which lit up the child’s face. The sound of laughter filled the space. On the walls of the shelter were drawings that the child had made, along with letters from the father saying, “you are mine” and “I love you”.

As I stood and watched the father and child interact with each other, I heard the spirit of the Lord say:

Come, let us build a den for this season. I will teach you how to build with the tools I have given you, for I AM your shelter. See that I have everything you need in this season. Will you allow Me to be your shelter in a stormy world? I want to hide you under the shadow of My wing.

Though there is work to be done, there is also joy to be found in the secret place that we build together. I have adventures for us to enjoy together. Come and sit with Me, spend time with Me. Show Me the burdens you are carrying and let Me lift them off you. For I AM your hiding place. Tell Me what is on your heart, and I will tell you what is on Mine. My child, I long to share with you the secrets and strategies of heaven. Come and shelter with Me and let Me burn in your heart a love that only the father can have for His beloved child.

Security of the One Who Trusts in the LORD

1 He who [a]dwells in the shelter of the Most High
Will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand].

2 I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
My God, in whom I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]!”
