Who is your favorite historical figure?
I saw the above on my brother’s WhatsApp status, this very morning, and thought it very apt when relating it to my favourite historical figure.
The words encapsulate the reason that Yeshua HaMashiach/Jesus Christ is my favourite historical figure, and I don’t think there are any other words needed. Nobody on this earth can match up to Him; He died, rose again and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
Yeshua HaMashiach/Jesus Christ signifies, and is, the authority, glory and power of God. There is no other that can be held in comparison.
The Holy Bible, written so many years ago, is the most interpreted book in the world. AI overview says that it has been translated into thousands of languages and dialects, and its interpretations vary widely across different religions and cultural contexts.
Chapter one of the book of Hebrews, in the New Testament is as follows:-
God’s Final Word in His Son
1 God, having spoken to the fathers long ago in [the voices and writings of] the prophets in many separate revelations [each of which set forth a portion of the truth], and in many ways,
2 has in these last days spoken [with finality] to us in [the person of One who is by His character and nature] His Son [namely Jesus], whom He appointed heir and lawful owner of all things, through whom also He created the universe [that is, the universe as a space-time-matter continuum].

5 For to which of the angels did the Father ever say,
“YOU ARE MY SON,
TODAY I HAVE BEGOTTEN (fathered) You [established You as a Son, with kingly dignity]”?And again [did He ever say to the angels],
“I SHALL BE A FATHER TO HIM AND HE SHALL BE A SON TO ME”?
6 [c]And when He again brings the firstborn [highest-ranking Son] into the world, He says,
“AND ALL THE ANGELS OF GOD ARE TO WORSHIP HIM.”
7 And concerning the angels He says,
“WHO MAKES HIS ANGELS WINDS,
AND HIS MINISTERING SERVANTS FLAMES OF FIRE [to do His bidding].”8 But about the Son [the Father says to Him],

Yeshua HaMashiach/Jesus Christ is the personification of YHWH/Yahweh/God and the above Scripture depicts Him beautifully. To truly know God, it is important to realise that He is in every situation and circumstance in the Holy Bible and your life. This is whether you believer it or not!
