The foundations that you have in Me are deep, strong, and steadfast. We have been through seasons of work together to prepare, strengthen, and uphold them. Now you are rooted, grounded, and firm in who you are and who I have created you to be.
But my purpose in shaping your foundations was never for them to only stay in one place, to only serve the land in which they stand. My purpose was to create foundations that are not only strong but will withstand the flex of movement.
I am calling you now to bring forth your firm foundations and move. Move into the places that I call you. There are territories with unstable ground that are desperate for people that bring the strength and maturity of tested foundations.
I have forged you for such a time as this.
Hold firm in what you carry for I am calling you to places that will call for you to dig deep and place your foundations in ground that will be rocky. But when you remain in me you will not be defeated by the shaking.
Check your foundations regularly for cracks and signs of wear and tear – bring them to me and we will strengthen and heal them together. For it is only by partnership with my Spirit that you will have the understanding and discernment to do this effectively.
I honour your faithfulness and your unwavering determination to stand strong in me. Now honour me by moving your foundations to the places that I have called you; to the places that need the strength and tested wisdom that you carry.
Activation: Ask Jesus to show you the foundations that you have built together. Ask him to show you the places that he has strengthened within you already, thanking Him for how far you have come. Ask him to show you any places that have cracks or wear and tear. Ask Him to show you where He is leading you to move – is it geographic, work, church, friendship groups?
6 Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, walk in [union with] Him [reflecting His character in the things you do and say—living lives that lead others away from sin],
7 having been deeply rooted [in Him] and now being continually built up in Him and [becoming increasingly more] established [a]in your faith, just as you were taught, and overflowing in it with gratitude.
